The newly adopted Whistleblowers Law shall be applied as of June 5, 2015 and prescribes more rights on the part of the employees regarding the reporting of irregularities and corrupt practices in the workplace.
The Law introduces the right to identity protection of the whistleblower, protection against harmful acts of the employer, and the right to judicial protection in case of violation of the whistleblower’s rights.
