Subotić-Homen o.a.d, as one of the oldest law offices in the Republic of Serbia, has been founded in 1934 by Mr Slobodan D. Subotić, attorney at law. Mr Subotić used to be President of the Bar Chamber of Yugoslavia and President of the Bar Chamber of Belgrade.

For more than 70 years we are successfully dealing with legal consulting, civil law, commercial and corporate law, competition law, privatization, criminal law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor law and real estate business whilst our client list includes corporate, governmental, private entities and NGO’s, both international and leading national entities.

Our practice in Serbia has 8 attorneys, specialists in different fields of practice and 29 consultants of various expertise.

Our office represents foreign clients in the resolution of disputes and litigation before courts in Republic of Serbia. We offer services in domestic and international corporate affairs.
