Serbian Law on Planning and Construction

Amendments to the Serbian Law on Planning and Construction are in force as of December 30, 2014.

Amendments to the Serbian Law on Planning and Construction are in force as of December 30, 2014.

The most important amendments include:

• conversion of land for a fee that be the subject of a separate law;

• building permits could be issued based on the right of usage;

• the new method of calculation of the fee for development of construction land;

• bylaws shall be adopted and will regulate this matter in detail, upon which adoption the implementation of this new amendments can be fully enforced.
